Abstract: This research aims to analyzes influence transformational leadership to organizational citizenship behavior in employees JNE Branch Medan. The sample were 51 employees of Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head division. Hypothesis in research: there was a positive influence transformational leadership to organizational citizenship behavior, it means that the better transformational leadership an leader had, the higher did organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique used total sampling. Transformational leadership scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale used for collect data. Data were analyzed with regression analysis, which the results was (r2) 0,277 or 27,7 % and p= 0,004 (p < 0,05), that mean there was a positive and significant influence transformasional leadership to organizational citizenship behavior in employees JNE Branch Medan, which was also mean the hypothesis accepted. The highest value of effective contribution of each aspect from transformational leadership to organizational citizenship behavior was idealized influence= 21,99 %. Transformational leadership was measured good in Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head leader (empiric mean= 73,78 > hypotethical mean= 62,7 which the difference more than SD value= 7,089) and organizational citizenship behavior was measured high in Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head employees (empiric mean= 92,86 > hypotethical mean= 75 which the difference more than SD value= 8,791).
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan JNE Cabang Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah karyawan divisi Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head yang berjumlah 51 orang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dengan asumsi semakin baik pemimpin menampilkan perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji regresi, dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,277 atau 27,7 % dengan p= 0,004 (p < 0,05), artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan JNE Cabang Medan. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Nilai tertinggi dari sumbangan efektif tiap aspek kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior adalah idealized influence sebesar 21,99 %. Kepemimpinan transformasional pada pimpinan divisi Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head tergolong baik (mean empirik= 73,78 > mean hipotetik= 62,7 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilangan SD= 7,089) dan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan divisi Delivery Premium Sub Unit Head tergolong tinggi (mean empirik= 92,86 > mean hipotetik= 75 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilangan SD= 8,791).
