Abstract: The thesis was under the guidance of Ir. Suswati, MP as the chief supervisor and Ir. Abdul Rahman, MP as a supervisor. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of mikoriza and chemical fertilizers application to the growth and production of long bean plants. Carried out in the experimental garden of Faculty of the Agriculture University of Medan Area, located at Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, from November 2018 to January 2019. The research design used the rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) factorial consisting of 2 treatment factors. Where the factor (1) is mikoriza treatment which consists of 5 levels treatment, i.e A0 = Control (not using mikoriza), A1 = Using mikoriza dose of 100 kg / ha (108 g / plot / 1.08M2), A2 = Using mikoriza dose of 150 kg / ha (16.2 g / plot / 1.08M2), A3 = Using mikoriza dose of 200 kg / ha (21.6 g / plot / 1.08M2), A4 = Using mikoriza dose of 250 kg / ha (27g / plot / 1 , 08M2). Factor (2) application of chemical fertilizers consisting of 4 levels treatment, i.e B0 = Control (not using 0% chemical fertilizer), B1 = Using recommended fertilizer as much as 50% (50 Kg Urea + 75 Kg TSP + 100 kg KCl / Ha), B2 = Using recommendation fertilizer as much as 75% (75 kg Urea + 112.5 kg TSP + 150 kg KCl / Ha) B3 = Using recommendation fertilizer as much as 100% (100 kg Urea + 150 kg + TSP + 200 kg KCl / Ha). This study was conducted as many as 2 replications. The parameters observed in this study are plant height (cm), flowering age (MST), total production per sample, and total production per plot. The results of this study found that chemical fertilizers have a real effect on plant height and no real effect on flowering age, total production per sample and total production per plot.
Description: Skripsi di bawah bimbingan Ir. Suswati, MP selaku ketua pembimbing dan Ir. Abdul Rahman, MP. selaku angota pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian mikoriza dan pupuk kimia terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kacang panjang. Dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, dari bulan November 2018 sampai Januari 2019. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan. Dimana faktor 1 pemberian mikoriza yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yakni A0 = Kontrol (tidak menggunakan mikoriza), A1 = Menggunakan mikoriza dosis 100 kg/ha (108 g/plot/1,08M2), A2 = Menggunakan mikoriza dosis 150 kg/ha (16,2g/plot/1,08M2) , A3 = Mengunakan mikoriza dosis 200 kg/ha (21,6 g/plot/1,08M2), A4 = Mengunakan mikoriza dosis 250 kg/ha (27g/plot/1,08M2). Faktor 2 pemberian pupuk kimia yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yakni B0 = Kontrol (tidak menggunakan pupuk kimia 0 %), B1 = Menggunakan pupuk rekomendasi sebanyak 50 % ( 50 Kg Urea+75 Kg TSP + 100 kg KCl/ Ha), B2 = Menggunakan pupuk rekomendasi sebanyak 75 % (75 kg Urea+112,5 kg TSP+150 kg KCl/ Ha) B3 = Menggunakan pupuk rekomendasi sebanyak sebanyak 100 % (100 kg Urea+150kg+TSP+200 kg KCl/Ha). Penelitian ini dilakukan ulangan sebanyak 2 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), umur berbunga (MST), jumlah produksi per sampel, jumlah produksi per plot. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberian pupuk kimia berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap umur berbunga, jumlah produksi per sampel dan jumlah produksi per plot.
